The Exercise & Health Challenges that I face right now
I have been walking regularly, but I am now looking to take this to another level to improve my fitness & walking stamina to enable me to take better control of my health
I spend a lot of time indoors, making me feel sluggish. I know I need to get more active, but dislike the gym and the thought of spending more time indoors.
The Issues I need help with right now
I enjoy trying new activities. I want to have fun and improve my walking stamina for my general health. I see that Nordic walking can help with lots of issues, whether I have a health condition or whether purely for fitness.
What I need right now
I need some more structured support from professional Nordic walking instructors to get some more fresh air in my life, whilst improving my health & fitness. This maybe 1:1, with my partner or a friend, or as a group where I can meet other like-minded people.
