Donโ€™t misunderstand me it is great to have this in mind.ย  However, what about all the other little things that you achieve which helps you get towards the end result in the first place. ๐Ÿค”

โœ… Replace that last 1-2 glasses ๐Ÿท of wine with water

โœ… Plan your meals better ๐Ÿฅฃ

โœ… Choose better snack options ๐ŸŒ

โœ… Do not obsess over the bathroom scales

โœ… Increase your daily physical activity ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ

You get the idea ๐Ÿ˜‰

All these simple actions you implement are ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿฅณ, it is being consistent with these new behaviours that will get you where you want to be with your health and fitness results

The more you acknowledge and celebrate them the more motivated and driven you will become, even when life feels tough ๐Ÿ‘
