The Exercise and Heath challenges I face right now

I feel stuck, repeating the same bad habits.  I find every time I try to make changes, life tends to get in my way and my motivation only lasts a short period of time.  I soon fall back into old ways.  This leaves me feeling frustrated with myself for ‘failing again’.
