Are you looking for a more personalised approach to help improve your fitness, lose weight, or change your body shape?

My personal training approach is to consider my client’s physical, psychological & emotional needs as we work together towards their health & fitness goals.

Not only will you experience guided training to ensure that you can confidently exercise with good technique safely, but I will also ensure that you’re session is adapted yet still effective in working towards your goals when you may not feeling 100%. That’s because I believe in helping people to keep showing up and maintain a good, healthy routine. I have experience in working with people with various health conditions and have extended experience adapting people’s programmes depending on their individual abilities.

In my experience, it’s not only important what happens during the personal training sessions but also what happens around them. I have observed over the years working in various gyms that people commit to an hour of personal training a week yet don’t get the results that they are hoping for because they fail to make other changes in their life. I will help you to prioritise small yet effective healthy habit changes around the personal training sessions and check in with you to keep you accountable so that you will achieve the results that you want with more ease.

I have extended training & experience in holistic coaching & behavioural change specific to health & fitness habits to help even those that feel as if they have tried it all before.

I have the option of training with you either within a gym, outdoor space or within the comfort of your own home depending on your goals & personal preferences.

Are you sick & tired of going through a cycle of starting health & fitness programmes with motivation & good intentions, yet end up stopping every time that life gets in the way?

In my experience there are several common reasons why people struggle to stick to healthy eating and exercise programmes, and unless people take time to reflect on these reasons then they will find themselves repeating the same patterns. Sound familiar? This is why I offer healthy habit coaching as a service in itself or alongside my personal training & small group sessions. This approach helps to keep people accountable and well-motivated and gets faster & long-lasting results.  It will also help you to gain a better understanding of why you have previously struggled to stick to healthy eating & fitness plans & what you can do differently this time. By personalising some aspects of the programme with support from Billy then it will also help you to personalise the advice so that it fits into your lifestyle and works for you. We have several options available depending on the support you need so please get in touch if you wish to discuss our programmes further.

SMALL GROUP ONLINE FITNESS

Are you looking for an all-body workout that can be adapted to your abilities, health needs and goals?

Does the convenience of doing this from the comfort of your own home but importantly with the accountability to show up to a session also appeal to you?

Our online fitness classes are small groups that enables us to adapt the exercises accordingly to your health and fitness abilities and enable us to watch your technique so that you can be reassured that you are exercising safely and effectively.

As part of your membership you will also have access to a members area where you can access healthy recipe inspiration and some short fitness videos to top up your training or keep you on track on the days that you cannot attend the live training, and if you need the accountability we will guide you to specific videos and check in on your progress to make sure you’ve done it!

POLE WALKING FITNESS

Are you curious how poles could help you walk further, faster and improve your fitness?

Perhaps you are looking to improve your posture or manage aches and pains?

Imagine you could also do this in a friendly community and in the fresh air, away from noisy, stuffy gyms!

We offer group pole walking fitness sessions, so that you can learn how to use poles effectively to improve your health and fitness.

The sessions are based in Graves Park in South Sheffield, and aside from pole walking fitness exercises the classes also incorporate gentle strengthening, mobility and balance exercises.

If you would prefer to start with a more personalised approach we can also offer 1:1 fitness and rehabilitation pole walking sessions.

Physiotherapy

Perhaps you have been left to your own devices and are wondering if you could achieve more?

Jayne’s approach to rehabilitation is holistic, looking at how the whole body moves and works together. She also believes in rehabilitation in places that are meaningful to the person; at home and outdoors in the community.
