To be truly successful with your health & fitness results I find you need to get 3 key things right
- Exercise
- Food
- MOST importantly your state of mind
In my experience when just one of these 3 factors starts to wobble the rest usually fall, like a domino effect.
Look at it from this point of view
You have had a busy day & miss a workout therefore NOT feeling as motivated to eat well? (I might as well eat like this instead factor).
Let’s say you have eaten a bit TOO much over the weekend therefore come Monday you do not feel as energised or incentivised to exercise (I canโt be arsed factor).
Finally, if youโre not in the right headspace, which can be affected by SO many things then the exercise & food side will most definitely suffer also.
