One I hear so many times is ‘𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞’

Are you truly being honest with yourself when you try to convince yourself of this?

I have even tried to convince myself of this a few times in the past – nobody is perfect.

People have busy jobs, family life & other commitments I get it.

..My question to you though is this…

What would it mean to you to look after your health?

What difference would & could it make in your life?

Look at it like this, we all have 168 hours per week…

On average we should get around 8 hours of sleep/night, give or take depending on one’s circumstances of course, which means we’ll spend around 56 hours sleeping…

An average working week might be 40 hours…, more for some people I get that.

That leaves us though with roughly 70 hours/week…

Are you telling me that you can’t find a few hours or even a handful of minutes out of those 70 hours to work on your health and fitness?

Some of my clients I keep it even easier and make them start with as little as 10 minutes per day to put themselves first.

If you are using the story “I don’t have time” it means that your health is not a priority for you right now…

What could the potential consequences be for you if you continue down this path?

Maybe now you are prioritising things such as “Netflix & Chilling out” after a long day or week over your own health?

I understand how easy that can potentially be.

Why not find that balance where you can enjoy both?

Try and add as little as 5-10 minutes of exercise into your day and still have time for other tasks that maybe you are over prioritising right now.

Try and think of other areas of your life that may improve from putting your health up the priority list for a change.

What small & easy changes could you start to make today that will have the biggest impact on your health?
