How often do you find that one minute you feel organised the next it spirals out of control!

 

A topic of conversation I have with clients quite often.

Here is a simple example of what I prepared first thing this morning whilst making my breakfast to have later in the day.

This was: (for me anyway)

✅  Super Easy

✅  Quick – literally less than 2 minutes for me to whip together.

✅  Meant less for me to think about throughout the day

✅  Helps to keep me on track with my health and fitness goals.

I speak to a lot of people and a common struggle they feel they have stopping them from achieving their goals is 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄.

Usually, after asking them some more questions about their day-to-day routine it turns out to be a case of not being 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃 enough.

Don’t get me wrong no one is perfect, and I also don’t get it right 100% of the time.

The important thing is what you learn from the experience to improve upon the next time.

I would recommend starting with small and simple things you can organise easily and consistently enough to get ahead of yourself

You will be surprised how quickly they make a difference in your health and fitness goals.
