Here are some simple ways you can integrate more water into your day, especially with this recent warmer weather.

  • Make up your water bottles in advance & keep them in the fridge
  • Set up a reminder of how much you’ve had (I use a simple tick strategy on my whiteboard)
  • If you’re not a fan of plain water make it more exciting with some form of fruit e.g., slice of lemon/lime, berries
  • Have your water bottle with you ALL the time regardless of where you are or what you are doing as a constant reminder
All sounds obvious & simple right – well it can be.

Yet, this is something I tend to experience a lot of people struggle to implement consistently.

This is so important, especially in weather like we’ve recently had as it will help you with things such as:

  • Exercise performance
  • Energy levels
  • Mood
  • Cravings
  • Productivity
